JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor websites, marketing assets, and digital platforms for accessibility and compliance issues using industry software and scanning tools.
- Review and interpret automated reports, prioritize findings, and execute mitigation strategies for WCAG/EHO compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technology, vendor partners, and property teams to ensure compliance requirements are addressed efficiently.
- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on accessibility legislation (ADA, FHA, Section 508, WCAG 2.1+) and EHO guidelines, ensuring compliance across digital initiatives.
- Document processes, mitigation efforts, and compliance resolutions; provide clear reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams to implement sustainable compliance processes and best practices.
- Stay informed of evolving legislation, accessibility standards, and regulatory guidance, and proactively recommend improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders on WCAG/EHO requirements and mitigation practices.
Qualifications
- Required:
- 3+ years of direct experience in WCAG and/or EHO mitigation with hands-on work using accessibility software tools.
- Strong working knowledge of accessibility legislation and compliance guidelines, including WCAG 2.1+, ADA, FHA, Section 508, and HUD Equal Housing regulations.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting compliance findings and implementing mitigation solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex compliance concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred:
- Experience working in marketing operations, property management, or real estate environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Silktide, Siteimprove, Deque, or similar accessibility scanning/mitigation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and track compliance performance metrics.
- Experience providing training or guidance on compliance standards.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000
Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
