JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, conducting sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure users can navigate systems efficiently and with ease.

Training Development & Delivery:
- Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive systems training program for tax credit system modules by managing the appropriate logistics such as delivery method and audience, maintaining training environment accuracy and availability, coordinating registration, and delivering systems how-to information in a timely, effective, and engaging manner to on-site operators.
- Create new and revise systems training content by collaborating with other company stakeholders and teams, developing/maintaining accurate written training materials such as user training guides and facilitator guides, and other support materials such as help desk deliverables and digital content storyboards.
Performance Monitoring:
- Assess the effectiveness of the training program effectiveness by developing pre-and post-tests, surveys, and/or other methods and tools to assess learner understanding, and by reviewing other Company reports to link training to overall performance and results.
- Acts as a performance improvement resource to managers by following up to provide individual coaching and one-on-one training, conducting remedial and refresher training, and suggesting education and training alternatives and options based on specific situations.
- Continuously improve training approaches based on evaluations and advancements in learning technologies.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi and Real Page), and other computer applications and software used by the Company sufficient to maintain, troubleshoot, provide instructions, and install as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Education, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in systems training, or a related role.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems and concepts.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple training initiatives.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS:
- Certification in instructional design, training, or related fields is a plus.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Team members work in an office or remote work environment. No special physical demands are required.
- Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training programs, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
