JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Client Services Coordinator maintains direct communication between Greystar and its clients to ensure the smooth flow of project operations, meeting the client’s specifications and business goals, generating revenues, and increasing profitability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.    Provides support and assistance to the Client Services Team, key business leaders, and others by fielding questions and requests, gathering information and reports, and assisting in resolving issues related to Company policies, procedures, and business practices.

2.    Assists in all matters related to WAM including, but not limited to, keeping up with expenses, reconciling each month to accounting, preparing for the Summit, registration, helping to organize at the Summit, and reconciling all afterwards.

3.    Assists and participates in the planning, organizing, and administration of critical projects and programs.

4.    Organizes, schedules, and orchestrates Client Services Team briefings and meetings by establishing the objectives, timing, agenda, format, and participants for meetings, sending meeting requests, gathering or preparing and distributing meeting materials in advance, documenting meeting notes, decisions, and action items, and following up as needed to ensure achievement of meeting outcomes.

5.    Maintains calendars for meetings, events, and other appointments, schedules appropriate meeting rooms/locations and time, and resolves scheduling and other conflicts as necessary to ensure effective use of time and resources.

6.    Prepares documents, letters, presentations, and other communication materials for distribution, creates graphs and other displays, complies with document retention policies, and acts as liaison for questions related to communications.

7.    May run standard and ad-hoc reports utilizing a variety of reporting tools. 

8.    Audits and ensures relevant documentation is received in support of programs/processes to maintain Company or regulatory compliances or meet important deadlines.

9.    Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned by key leaders or as necessary.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
