JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
Build detailed Excel-based pro formas and financial models to evaluate asset performance, leasing trends, and development scenarios. Conduct property- and market-level financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
Gather and interpret market data, trends, and property-level performance indicators. Develop market summaries, strategic memos, and reporting tools to support ongoing asset oversight.
Assist in preparing investment committee memos, refinancing packages, and disposition recommendations. Lead or support the disposition process including broker engagement, due diligence coordination, and valuation analysis.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers, equity partners, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Serve as a key point of contact for asset-related communications and performance updates.
Monitor regional portfolio performance and project deliveries. Develop and track timelines, identify risks to deal execution, and propose solutions to ensure asset goals are met.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, reducing operating costs, and improving overall asset efficiency. Evaluate rent structures and leasing velocity to inform pricing strategies.
Support the preparation of annual business plans, including operating budgets, tax forecasts, and hold/sell analyses. Perform ad hoc reporting and support bi-annual portfolio revaluations.
Provide peer training on modeling standards and reporting practices. Assist asset managers with benchmarking, reforecasting, and strategic plan development.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or asset management.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
The salary range for this position is $128,000-160,000.

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
