Be the first voice our future residents hear, and the reason they choose Greystar.

Based in our Melbourne Head Office, the Leasing Coordinator role is all about connection. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents across our premium Build-to-Rent communities, guiding them from initial enquiry to their first site visit.

Through engaging conversations, you’ll get to know each individual’s needs, lifestyle, and preferences, then match them with the right community. You’ll create a seamless, personalised experience that builds confidence and excitement from the very first interaction.

Working closely with our onsite Leasing Professionals, you’ll pass on qualified prospects for tours and play a key role in driving leasing success across the portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond to inbound enquiries (phone, email, digital channels) from prospective residents, delivering a professional and engaging first impression.
  • Have meaningful conversations to understand lifestyle preferences, budget, timing, and requirements to match prospects with the right community.
  • Present suitable Greystar properties, clearly articulating the unique features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings of each community.
  • Book and coordinate site tours with onsite Leasing Professionals, ensuring a smooth and informed handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries and interactions within CRM/property systems, contributing to leasing insights and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with our onsite teams, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and a consistent customer experience.

About you:

You’re a confident and dynamic communicator who enjoys engaging with people and building rapport quickly. You are naturally curious, a great listener, and motivated by helping others find the right solution.

You may come from customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales; what matters most is your ability to connect, communicate, and deliver a high-quality experience.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in real estate or property (experience is advantageous, but not essential)
