JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Property Transition Process (PTP) Coordinator coordinates property transitions in Salesforce, including onboarding new properties,
unique transition types, and offboarding. Manages the process that supports regional Operations. Oversees National Account setup/
closure, and handles communications via the Property Transitions Inbox and Help Desk tickets. Tracks process success, contributes to
improvements, and maintains strong relationships with support teams that contribute to Greystar's National Property Transition Process
(PTP).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gathering potential new business from the client services team and/or operational team members through communication and Salesforce process.

  • Responsible for setting up transitioning property in Salesforce PTP system and all other required action. Coordinates and schedules transitions for thorough and timely completion. Scheduling training calls, PTP Kickoff and Orientation calls with PTP roles and Operations Leads. Also manages the setup and closure process regarding national accounts for transitioning property.

  • Communicates through welcome/informational e-mails, follow-up calls to new properties ensuring that they have the knowledge required and questions and concerns answered while also responding to questions from operating leadership and corporate department heads.

  • Foster and maintain relationship with respective regional PTP - Operational Support/Project Leads, holding monthly group and individual calls. Interacting with various departments to ensure smooth changes and processes are understood and followed.

  • Provides status updates to the property transitions manager on a regular basis and as requested. Reports on the success of the process, participates in the ongoing process improvements through review and feedback, and maintains relationships with their regions associates and properties.

  • Maintaining the Helpdesk queue and email inbox responding to tickets/requests.

  • Performs other tasks as necessary in assisting transitions.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members.

  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management software (Entrata, Yardi or OneSite), and database management programs in order to complete, or comprehend required reports.

  • Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred.

  • 2-5 years on site experience in the multi-family real estate industry, previous experience as community or assistant manager within the multi-family industry preferred.

  • Rare or occasional travel may be required to attend business meetings, training classes, or other situations necessary
    for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
