JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing the concierge and security services and resident relations while working directly with vendors and on-site staff and team members, ensuring residential needs are met.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Supervises the property’s concierge team members by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training, and manages their performance in accordance with Company policies, values, and business practices.
2. Manage the security company and give direction of needs and follow up with any issues, make adjustments to schedules as needed and ensure coverage on holidays and property and garage are covered.
3. Responsible for implementing, training and ongoing management and monitoring of the concierge program which will include changes for resident needs and issue resolution.
4. Point of contact for the management of resident relations as it pertains to all service request follow up, active building management, move in process, cleaning, etc. delegating to team members based on responsibilities. Also responsible for managing all packages, dry cleaning and any other delivery service requests.
5. Responsible for inventory of community supplies for common area amenities.
6. Provide staff coverage calendars and lead periodic team meetings.
7. Providing monthly budget projections for events and necessary expenses and providing written explanations on any budget variances. Also collects bid for resident services as needed.
8. Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions, and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual(s).

The hourly range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
